By accessing and using Skin Peach AI ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Medical Disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. All AI-generated skin analysis results are based solely on visible surface-level cosmetic appearance and must not be interpreted as medical assessments or used as a substitute for professional medical care.
Always consult a qualified dermatologist or licensed healthcare provider for any skin health concerns, medical conditions, or before making any medical decisions. This app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Service Description
Skin Peach AI is a K-Beauty focused skincare application that provides AI-powered cosmetic skin analysis, personalized K-beauty skincare routines, ingredient analysis, and skincare recommendations. All analysis is strictly cosmetic and surface-level in nature.
4. AI Services and Data Transmission
The App uses the following third-party AI services to deliver its features. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to data being transmitted to these services as described:
4.1 Anthropic (Claude AI) — Skin Analysis
- Data sent: Your selfie photo (temporary transmission via HTTPS)
- Purpose: Cosmetic surface-level skin analysis only
- Storage: Anthropic does not permanently store images sent via API
- Your consent: A consent prompt will appear in the app before any photo is transmitted
- Policy: anthropic.com/privacy
4.2 OpenAI (GPT) — Chat Assistant
- Data sent: Your typed chat messages (text only — no photos ever sent to OpenAI)
- Purpose: K-beauty skincare advice and product guidance
- Storage: OpenAI does not use API data to train models by default
- Policy: openai.com/privacy
Your use of these AI features is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies listed above.
5. Subscription Plans and Pricing
5.1 Free Version
Free users receive 1 selfie upload for skin score analysis with basic results. Free users cannot view transformation comparisons or upload additional photos for analysis.
5.2 Auto-Renewable Subscription Plans
Skin Peach AI offers the following auto-renewable subscription options, charged to your Apple ID:
5.3 Premium Features
All premium subscription plans include: unlimited selfie uploads, complete skin score analysis with detailed breakdowns, transformation view to track progress over time, personalized K-Beauty skincare recommendations, AI-powered ingredient analysis, progress tracking and history, and all future premium features and updates.
6. Payment and Subscription Terms
6.1 Payment Processing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store payment system.
6.2 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the initial subscription.
6.3 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.4 Refunds
All purchases are final and processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their App Store support. Skin Peach AI does not process refunds directly.
6.5 Terms of Use (EULA)

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The information on this App is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Peach AI excludes all representations and warranties relating to this App and its contents. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful cosmetic information, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any recommendations or analysis provided.
8. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Skin Peach AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if Skin Peach AI or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on the App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Skin Peach AI does not warrant that any of the materials on its App are accurate, complete, or current. AI-generated analysis results are cosmetic estimates only and may vary between sessions.
10. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Share your account credentials with others
- Upload photos of individuals without their consent
11. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Skin Peach AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at skin-peach-ai.web.app/privacy.html. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the transmission of your selfie photos to Anthropic Claude AI for skin analysis and your chat messages to OpenAI GPT for skincare guidance.
13. Modifications to Terms
Skin Peach AI may revise these terms of service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
